I emailed Nufflets and this is their reply:

Hi Abner,

For the time being we do not support Philippines but we will be doing so in 2 months time. Either February or March.

Our main focus points are Malaysia, Australia, Thailand and the Philippines actually. So we’ll be looking forward to supporting Philippines, definitely!

yeah… its currently catered for asian markets… Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, China or Japan to be specific.
